1. Services

Athens Photo Booth provides photo booth rental services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other celebrations. Our services may include photo booth equipment, setup and breakdown, event attendants, digital sharing, and printed photo outputs depending on the selected package.

All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed through an official booking agreement.

2. Booking and Payments

To secure a booking, a deposit may be required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Athens Photo Booth.

Failure to complete payment within the agreed time may result in cancellation of the reservation.

3. Event Requirements

The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable space for the photo booth setup. This includes adequate electrical power, weather protection for outdoor events, and sufficient space for the booth, lighting, and guest access.

Athens Photo Booth reserves the right to refuse service if the event environment is unsafe or if conditions could damage equipment.

4. Setup and Operation

Our team will arrive before the event start time to complete setup and testing. At the end of the scheduled rental period, the booth will be dismantled and removed by our team.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that guests treat the equipment respectfully. Any intentional damage to equipment may result in additional charges.

5. Image Usage

Photos, videos, and digital content captured during events may be used by Athens Photo Booth for promotional purposes including website galleries, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

Clients and guests are granted personal use rights for all images captured during the event.

6. Guest Conduct

Athens Photo Booth reserves the right to refuse service to guests who behave in a disruptive, abusive, or unsafe manner. Our attendants may temporarily stop the booth if guest behavior risks damage to equipment or the safety of others.

7. Equipment Damage or Loss

The client assumes responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of equipment caused by guests or attendees during the event. Any repair or replacement costs may be charged to the client.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within a specified period before the event.

If Athens Photo Booth is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Athens Photo Booth will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the event or photo booth operation, including power outages, venue restrictions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected through our website or booking forms will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

Athens Photo Booth reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
